I've decided to start a blog as I've reached a turning point in my life, and having reached this point, others might find it useful to know how I got here. And it might help me make sense of life and what it's all about.
Also, I have fairly recently started writing creatively after some years in journalism. It's been harder than I expected to let go of facts and let my imagination run free again. I still feel like I'm holding myself back.
I'll post some of my scribblings on this blog and perhaps anyone who pops in might have some feedback or comments to make. Please be kind (constructive criticism gratefully received).
